  • The validity of the voucher is 1 year.
  • The amount paid is non-refundable.
  • It can be redeemed through our website where you can formalize the reservation, or by sending an email to reservas@ravioxo.es.
  • The purchase of the voucher is for a full table; at the time of redemption, all diners at the table must have one.
  • In the case of severe allergies or intolerances, RavioXO reserves the right to cancel the voucher if it is not possible to adapt the menu accordingly.
  • Voucher redemption will be subject to the restaurant's availability.
  • Partial use of the voucher does not entitle you to a refund of the unused amount, nor will this amount be saved for future occasions.
